How to cope with morning sickness in your first trimester

Morning sickness be gone.

With both my pregnancys I had horrible morning sickness all day long. My first pregnancy I lost 1 pounds in the first 8 weeks. I could not eat anything! I finally found some things that worked. It only took five days of intense "google"ing and things that made me want to puke even more. The following is what worked for me.

Lemon, Lemon, Lemons
Ok take 1 cup of warm water and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix together and slowly drink.
Natural Remedies
Water: Often when your pregnant dehydration can cause nausia in a big way. If you hvent been drinking much fluids try drinking 3oz of water every half hour. If you dont want just water try sipping on gaterade or vitamin water.
Ginger Ale and Crackers: This will help soak up your stomach acid and coat your stomach. The ginger helps relax the digestive track giving you a short release from said nausia.
Take a walk
Walking is not only great excersize for a pregnant woman but it can also loosen up the rest of your body giving you some much needed releif from all the changes going on inside you.
Other Remedies
Eating plain salads
Eat only bland foods
Eat small meals every two hours
drink before you eat or after so you dont put to much in our stomach al at once
Unconventional
Chewing gum
Seas-sickness bracelets
