How to Lose 30 Pounds in 20 Days
So you're wondering how to lose 30 pounds in 20 days? Well it may not be as hard as you think. Not too long ago I lost about 30 pounds in 20 days by using a handful of simple steps. I'll share with you the exact tips I used to do it.
So if I can do it, so can you! (I'm known for being a little lazy lol)
Tip One: Drink More Water
This may seem too simple but most people are dehydrated during their diets. Drinking 8-12 glasses a day can help you lose about 1/2 pounds more each day then someone who isn't!
Why?
It's about your liver.
You see one of your livers functions is to burn fat. When your dehydrates your liver cannot operate at 100% efficiency and your fat burning shuts down.
Tip Two: Smoothie Time?
I drank a smoothie every morning when I woke up.
Don't make this harder then it needs to be! Just throw some fruits (strawberries and blueberries are my favorite) and add some milk, then blend. That simple!
Not only did I feel great but it filled me up for a long time.
Tip Three: Love
Love? Ok let me explain!
